Note that butter chicken is a mild curry and adding too much ground spices will alter the flavors. I upgraded the sauce with double the amount of whole spices & cumin + coriander powder for depth of flavors. My previous original version was with lesser amount of red chilli powder (1 tsp). Just grill the marinated chicken when needed and heat up the gravy. You can make the gravy ahead and refrigerate.
